How many times in your lifetime has a random guy approached you asking you for a coffee/date/phone number? It has to be in a normal setting like a grocery store, shopping mall, etc…. and NO ALCOHOL could be present. Also you can not have met him before.

My friend was recently cited for underage consumption of alcohol… However, he lives in San Diego (which, as you hopefully know, is near Mexico — a country with a drinking age of 18.)
We looked up the exact municipal code he violated. It says:
“Except as permitted by state law, it is unlawful for any minor to consume at any place not open to the public any alcoholic beverage, unless in connection with the consumption of the alcoholic beverage that minor is being supervised by his or her parent or legal guardian.”
