Can alcohol withdrawal generally cause hot flashes and/or fever without Delerium Tremens (DT’s)?

I’ve been feeling unbelievably hot and somewhat dissociated. I sure hope that what I’m going through is alcohol withdrawal, because if it isn’t then I don’t know what’s wrong with me.

I believe it is, one of my coworkers stopped drinking after many years and it was hard for her to get it out of her system. At one point she could barely grasp items such as a pen because she couldn’t control her muscles very well. I would see a dr. though just to make sure.
