Can you die if you take antidepressant or stress medication with alcohol??

i know someone that is in the hospital and thats the reason why i just wanna know if it could kill her??
My mom is in the hospital at the moment because of tis she passed out then the ambulance came im really scared she might die =[[

perhaps not this time but if she has done it once the risk is there she will do it again
she will need caring people around her and probably counseling- i hope she does well
It depends on how many she took. Normally if taken as prescribed it want affect you. But you should never take drugs and drank. I am one to talk..lol.

I am 65 yrs old..back when I was 16-17 I had some friends die from taking medication with alcohol. These friends were like in their 30s at the time. I learned a long time ago that you can not mix alcohol with drugs. It will kill you.
Alcohol is ultimately a depressant .Taking a depressant and an anti depressant together is a contradiction and cause many harmful effects including death in extreme cases.Don’t worry about some one in the hospital but you be careful for yourself.
mixing alcohol with any type of medication can depending on how much medication and alcohol taken. if it doesn’t kill the person they could have perminate damage to the heart, brain, and liver. She needs to get help soon if she was intentionally trying to harm herself.
