The media needs to wake up! or else we all end up riding the same bandwagon for these redicules. Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton are not deemed news worthy, they have proved themselves as the same as whores and sluts who make us all look bad and the world looks at these individuals as the same as us – The infidels. We have lots of good ones out there to mention about those who go about doing good deeds for the world. Why not them but the drug addict and alcohol abused? wonder how many of our young generation look up at them as their idols, some one out there please read and help post my opinion so the rest can see. We are out here fighting the war against terrorism and trying to gain the world confidence to us while they are on the rampage back home. It’s a shame! Cut them off from the media please

I’m drinking jim beam and cola cans, but nearly ran out (its nearly 8pm here in aus!), and will have to move onto the bottle next!, (gee, what a shame!), but, the cans are 440ml, at 5% alcohol, and the bottle is 700ml @37%alcohol, so, my question is this!, how much bottled beam do i mix with how much coke, to get the same ratio as the cans?.. and ergo, how much coke would i need to mix the whole bottle at that %age?… thanks in advance, might not be capable of typing them later!…
and, what %age do pubs make their mixes,
edited – a2.. i appreciate your effort, but you’ve misunderstood me, the bottle is pure beam, not mixed, but rated at 37%alcohol content…

“Sometimes when I reflect back on all the wine I drink I feel shame.
Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the
Vineyards and all of their hopes and dreams . If I didn’t drink this
Wine, they might be out of work and their dreams would be shattered.
Then I say to myself, “It is better that I drink this wine and let
Their dreams come true than be selfish and worry about my liver.”
Jack Handy
WARNING: The consumption of alcohol may leave you wondering what the
Hell happened to your bra and panties.

Morning, that’s as good as they’re going to feel all day. ”

So I have 5 cans of bud in my fridge. The date on the bottom says September 21 2009 I assume this is the date when the alcohol was canned?
It’s been awhile. Do you think it’s still okay to drink it? It’s always a shame to waste beer…

I am so sick of people living sleazy lifestyles and then acting like they’ve made a mistake, or that it’s not their fault. Tara Conner has had a rep as being a sleazy partier and Katie Rees puts her to shame with pix of several people kissing her crotch and chest, while she does the same to others. All the while doing drugs and alcohol. No wonder the girls gone wild guy is so rich. Both act pure on stage and then are sluts and druggies off.
Again, will people ever take responsibility for their actions? If you dont’ understand that let me know.
I agree with the role model thing. Where are the parents too; this behaviour just didnt’ happen.

I keep hearing that Joe Gibbs Racing is an option for Dale Jr., but that it’s unlikely to happen beacuase of their “stance” on his realtionship with Budweiser. Are they members of Mothers Against Drunk Driving, or why are they so adamant about who his sponsor is? It’s a shame that they wouldn’t make him an offer because he has an alcohol company as his sponsor.

I was reading an article this morning about men fined for drinking a beer and hugging a woman. It is “illegal” for Muslims to drink alcohol in Pakistan. Not just “shame on you for breaking a rule,” but against the law and subject to fines. Here is the article http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20100108/od_nm/us_pakistan_fines
I can’t help but see the same thing happening the more power the religious right tries to get. There will be law based on their religion, not just personal responsibility to your own belief system. Does anyone see this the same way?
A lot of you seem to be in denial about the religion-based restrictions you want to put on people’s reproductive rights, the “blue laws” in various states regarding when they can sell alcohol (my state is city by city, but no Sundays for the hard stuff, but beer and wine after noon), etc.

Think about how depression is like an alcohol or drug addictions
Try to fine the post traumatic events “triggers” that cause panic attacks and anxiety , fear. Shame and Guilt bring on Depression which lead to self defeating behaviors. Angry and Resentments lead to keeping the fire burning that may result in Shame and guilt
