I’ve decided to change my diet, and cut out everything that stresses me out.
This means that anything with caffeine or alcohol in it has to go, and all the B-vitamine robbers are off limits, too (sugar, etc.).
Does anyone here know of any diets specifically geared toward calming people down and restoring their strength and resourcefulness?
I’ve been through a few mentally exhausting years, and want to make a fresh start.

I drank some of it before my diabetes test. The test ended up to be negative. but i am scared that i have it but the alcohol content in Bach natural stress relief that i took right before might have lowered my blood sugar to normal.

The ETG alcohol test can find alcohol metabolites “up to 80 hours” after consumption. I heard that 80 hours is extreme, but I also heard it can be longer. If I drank about 8-10 shots Wednesday night at a party with family and need to be tested next Tuesday morning, will I be okay? I am not an alcoholic, and I have learned my lesson, I just want honest responses. I’m never drinking again I can’t handle the stress!

I’m sure its bad for your insides. But when I think about Alcohol I think it causes people to stop thinking so much about bad things and makes there stress go away because of it. How can a stress free mind not be healthy?
I know Alcohol in excess is bad but I honestly think its good for you in moderation for many reasons.
Not to mention the amount of stress people deal with these days on a daily bases to begin with. We live a life full of constant stress.

I’ve been drinking more lately as stress and pain in my life has increased. I’ve never touched narcotics, but I know I am looking to alcohol pretty often lately as a feeble means off escape from reality. The other day I found myself heavily drinking alone. I don’t think I have a problem, but I know that if I did, I may not know it at first. I can stop anytime, right? That’s what they all say.
When giving your answer, please let me know if you have a drinking problem or describe your relationship with someone who has.

My dad has been drinking alcholoic beverages for over 5 years. I know he drinks because he said it keeps him from trouble, and helps him with his stress. My mom always is mad at him because he has three children and doesn’t help her out. A couple times before he said he stopped drinking alcohol, but he kept going back to it. So please, I want to help him stop drinking alcohol.
He drinks EVERY night. He leaves my mom home with the kids..

Is it the same in every state? I live in PA.
My brother is having a party this weekend and I knopw there are going to be minors there. I want to stress to him the consequences if any of them get a hold of alcohol while in his house.
Thanks
To those who are answering this question this stupidity obviously don’t understand the seriousness involved and apparently haven’t had their lives affected by drunk drivers and the such.

Alcohols (the nonstop addiction in American society) are going far away then the experts and the social scientist expected. Alcohols are a variety of drinks that stimulate the mind, and relaxed the human body muscles. People often drink alcohol because they think it would take their stress a way, and stable their mood. However an alcoholic issue is the most and important social problem. I think the American government and the people should take serious actions to reduce high risky rustles of careless drinking.
