Article by Ari Novick, Ph.D.

OK, so work goes horribly, you have to walk in the rain because your car battery died and just as you started off you remember there’s mandatory overtime tomorrow and now your car’s out of commission. Time for a drink, right? Well, have you ever considered what that drink you’re having actually does?

The stark reality is that alcohol actually does the opposite of easing your mind from your troubles. Alcohol is by creation a depressant and will drag your self esteem even lower into the gutter than you thought it was before! It’s not to late there are even a number of online substance abuse classes that can be done and at a much cheaper and less embarrassing way than in the mass therapy sessions. It’s no surprise that Fresno ranks as the #1 U.S. cities for DUI’s

After reading almost any scientific study EVER conducted it will be obvious that alcohol consumption lowers your chances of success at any goal or function by nearly 50 to 100%, making it nearly impossible to be a success at anything drunk!

Alcohol can increase the blood pressure, thin out the blood and increase your anxiety and stress by ten fold. Realizing this before you go into a night long bender may be the difference between going into a sobbing mess at the bar as pour back shot after after shot. If you’re on edge about hitting the bar, then instead, just for the night, try looking up and logging into a self help class for substance abuse. Don’t be your own victim, look into things now.

The first step is to be aware that you are not mentally ill, you have contaminated your blood with a foreign substance. There is a cure for this, and it may be physically challenging, but if you have the will power to succeed you can do it. The first step is realizing if you are an alcoholic or alcohol abuser, or both.

So you know, the alcohol abuse is not the same as being an alcoholic. An alcoholic might be someone who needs to have a drink, even in small amounts, all day long. The alcohol abuser may only drink twice a week but when they do it’s to the point of vomiting or even blacking out completely.

Both of these types of addictions need to be considered and reflected on in your daily life before you and your family decide what courses or online awareness classes and interventions will be most effective. Remember, if family is there to help, use them for help, the only shame to be had is keeping on the same path.

The causes of addiction are often related to stress from work, home, money, or even medical problems. Some people even drink and use drugs in order to self medicate their own depression. This should never be done because more times than not the self-medication will lead to other severe health, family, and financial problems. Taking an online alcohol awareness class is the first step toward recovery.

Article by Rod MacTaggart

If you have recently asked yourself the question, “Am I an alcoholic”, you may not be a certifiable alcoholic but you probably do have an alcohol problem. Fortunately, help is available to treat alcoholism and alcohol dependency problems. The easiest and most effective approach combines long-term treatment and support following a shorter-term alcohol detox program.

Most alcohol rehab programs have traditionally been rooted in strong, on-going personal support involving family, friends and peer groups. There’s nothing wrong with that, but the main problem is taking the first big step – making the decision to quit drinking and get into an alcohol rehab program. The good news is that a fast, modern medically supervised alcohol detox program can make the alcohol rehab decision a whole lot easier.

Depending on how long and how much you have been drinking, it may also be dangerous just to stop drinking without a medically supervised alcohol detox. Enrollment right at the start in a successful alcohol detox program – just a few days, not a life-long battle – can help get a handle on the whole alcohol rehab process and serve as the beginning to a full recovery.

Unfortunately, many alcoholics who seek help from a family doctor come away with little hope. According to the Rush Institute of Recovery, more than 80 percent of physicians avoid addressing alcoholism with their patients – not because they don’t care, but because they are untrained in the field. Many doctors still consider alcoholism to be a purely psychological, emotional or will-power problem, and most medical schools spend little time on the study of alcoholism or drug addiction.

Some doctors might hastily prescribe one of the few drugs commonly used to address alcoholism. Statistics show that medications alone almost never handle alcohol dependence – not even the newest drugs that have been publicized as miracle cures by the drug companies. Experience in treatment centers has shown they work only for some people, and often not very well. Another problem is that if you stop taking the medication, you most likely will wind up right back where you started – reaching for a drink. Medications don’t address the reasons why you started drinking too much, or the damage that has occurred in your life because of your drinking.

However, alcohol detox in a modern, medically supervised setting, where the symptoms of craving a drink are all but eliminated, can be accomplished in a matter of a few days, helping to set the stage for a much more comfortable longer-term journey back to health.

In other words, it’s a lot easier to make a decision to spend a few, easy-to-confront days in alcohol detox than having to think about an endless, life-long battle with alcohol addiction. It’s important to note that although alcohol detox is surprisingly fast, convenient and effective, it is only the first step towards life-long sobriety. But the journey to a recovered future through ongoing support and treatment will have begun with your successful alcohol detox program.

Article by nathaliehearnen

As we speak there is a lot of rage everywhere over the internet TV and other different media about penis male enlargement. A lot of men who have small penises are being force fed false information that has them taking pit falls that could have easily been avoided. If you are interested in penis male enlargement methods then you will have to get your facts straight. Let me lay down some facts for you.

Admitting that you are unhappy with the size of your manhood can feel extremely embarrassing and shameful. There’s no need to feel like this because you probably wouldn’t mind saying that you have a problem with any other part of your anatomy and your penis is just as important as everything else. If your size is getting you down then you should take action because there is help out there. I am writing this article to give you some advice because I know how it feels to be small (I was a puny 3.5 inches) but now I am a MASSIVE 8 inches! I believe I can help you achieve these sort of changes too.

In this article we’re going to examine 2 popular penis male enlargement solutions and see if any of these will work for you. Why is this important? For one there are many men who feel embarrassed about their size but hard pressed to find a single solution that truly works – amid all the nefarious nonsense and misinformation surrounding the male enhancement industry. Read on and learn how you can finally turn your life around with a bigger penis and better erection!

Do you want to have an average to small penis all of your life? No you don’t. Finally there is a method that is guaranteed to work for you! You can change your life starting from today and get a bigger penis get better sex and increase your confidence. Enlarge your penis at home >>

Many men are interested in knowing how to increase penis size safely and in a relatively short period of time.Till a few years ago the only efficient method was surgery but this also meant going through a risky and costly procedure. Read more…

You can naturally make your erect penis much longer thicker and more satisfying to women. I went from a pitiful 5.5 inches long and 5 inches around to over 8 inches long and exactly 6 inches around. Here are the answers to some FAQs about increasing your erect penis size naturally and how the process works.

No man wants to admit that they are somewhat less endowed then their peers which is why they will often resort to desperate measures on the quiet to increase their size. As men will look at penis male enlargement methods subtly and discreetly it is easy for unorthodox methods to worm their way into your eye line and make themselves feel worthwhile. This is why extenders pumps weights and pills are so popular because they are so clever about making their presence felt. Once you have tried them however you’ll know how useless they are.

Making the decision to finally do something about your penis is a difficult one. Most men who are a little less endowed than others spend their entire lives hiding in shame but now there are many ways you can treat the issue and do it in complete privacy. Imagine feeling the freedom and pride to no longer hide in the locker room or around your girlfriend.

Why does alcohol feel like a more stress free relaxing buzz than other drugs at times?
like i don’t think and analyze too much(like weed)and i don’t get nearly as paranoid..

Best answer:

Answer by mo (cfc)~
because alcohol is a depressant and weed is a hallucinogen. your brain is shutting down when you drink, while it’s working while high on weed, but in a different way than when your sober.

alcohol is the worst drug of them all, i’ve never experienced such bad judgement and poor motor skills on anything as i have when i drink too much. and all the tales and common beliefs of people seeing stuff when they do harder drugs (like mushrooms, ecstasy, acid, ketamine) are extremely exaggerated

Article by Ari Novick, Ph.D.

Celebrities are constantly being observed and scrutinized by others, and as a result, they become the object of their own attention. This special status can often induce a tremendous amount of anxiety . A high level of self focus becomes really harmful and painful because the extreme self awareness draws a comparison between the real self and the ideal self. It becomes a pursuit to identify the short comings and transforms into discomfort. The mind will act to eliminate the negative feelings which appear to be in the form of short comings. The entire process is a positive one as long as that particular person can manage it in a realistic manner. When it goes out of proportion the person might seek solace form using alcohol and/or drugs. In such a context alcohol awareness for Celebrities assumes an important role.

Prevention is better than cure. There are a number of alcoholic rehabilitation centers all around the world to help the celebrities to get out of this self destructive habit. Alcohol awareness for celebrities can be done at an early stage to prevent this calamity to occur. The misconception about the alcohol should be removed. The family background of the celebrities may differ and a psychological oriented approach will be much more effective than a superficial awareness program. The sense of insecurity prevalent in the celebrities should be plucked away by making them aware of the mental state in which they are in.

Quality programs for alcohol awareness for celebrities teach all the important aspects about the consumption of alcohol. These classes will include the effects of alcohol in the human body. Alcohol is a mood depressant that can reach every cell of the body of a person. At the time of consuming it, a small amount of alcohol is immediately absorbed directly into the blood stream by the lining of your mouth and stomach, and the rest is rapidly absorbed in the small intestine. The body tries immediately to metabolize the alcohol into non-harmful substances (water, carbon dioxide and energy). Only 10% of the alcohol is eliminated through sweat, breath and urine. Enzymes in your stomach and liver must detoxify the rest. When the rate of alcohol consumption exceeds the rate of detoxification the amount of alcohol in the bloodstream continues to build, with increasingly detrimental effects. The prolonged use of alcohol will affect the body and the in the internal organs in a much more serious manner. This kind of awareness will make some kind of an aversion towards alcohol in the minds of the celebrities. Interestingly, San Jose and San Diego, CA come in as the cities with the most DUI’s in the county.

The mental state of the person plays a big part in making these sorts of programs a success. Over reliance to alcohol due to the psychological aspect, is more prone to celebrities than an average person. The most important step is to avoid the extreme desire for self indulgence. A celebrity has to put his/her feet down on the earth and he has to bear in mind that the fame doesn’t elevate one above addiction. The alcohol awareness class will come from gaining skills in a quality program.

Article by Steffen

Long-Term Physical Effects of Drinking

In terms of the body, it is the liver that is the most likely organ for long-term damage as it is responsible for breaking down the ethanol in alcohol. Frequent and excessive drinking will overload the liver and lead to the development of a fatty liver and usually to hepatitis and cirrhosis.

Another issue is skin damage – you can often tell someone who is a heavy drinker because of their red cheeks and nose due to broken capillaries. In addition, there are physical signs – the “beer belly” from the excess calories in beer, particularly.

Drinking too much too often will cause physical damage, increase the risk of getting some diseases, and make other diseases worse. Excessive drinking over time is associated with:

Hepatitis and cirrhosis of the liver Gastritis (inflammation of the stomach lining) or pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas) High blood pressure/Hypertension (which can lead to stroke) Certain types of cancer, including mouth, oesophagus, and throat Permanent damage to the brain Heart failure Neurological problems such as epilepsy and peripheral neuropathy (lack of feeling in the hands and feet) Certain types of vitamin deficiency leading to malnutrition

Emotional Long-Term Effects of Alcohol

We also know about the emotional long-term effects; the primary effect is the likelihood of alcohol addiction or dependence. Using alcohol as a drug to change your mood, making you feel, in the short term, good about yourself will lead in the long term to an addiction. This is because it becomes your strategy; you are psychologically reliant on alcohol to feel good.

Over the long-term, it becomes a habit to drink and therefore the body and mind expects it. It can also signify boredom because over a long period you have the same behaviours; variety is often needed for enjoyment and excitement in life, a task which alcohol can no longer do for you.

The other issue is hopelessness which can lead to feelings of helplessness and suicidal thoughts. You come to believe that you cannot help yourself or anyone else. Only alcohol can do this for you; you believe that you can never change your destructive alcohol addiction.

Denial of the problem can lead to both guilt and shame and make it harder to admit you have a problem, especially because the problem has gotten worse over time.

So, the earlier you can deal with any issues with alcohol the better – for you both emotionally and physically.

Studies have shown that almost 95% of the people who have undergone programs at the alcohol treatment center face some withdrawal symptoms which can range from mild to moderate. These symptoms can affect the treatment provided at the healthcare centers thus it is important to understand these withdrawal symptoms and how they can be handled depending on the individual and his conditions. Some of the most common withdrawal symptoms faced by alcohol addicts include feelings of jumpiness, anxiety, emotional violation, irritability, bad dreams, difficulty in concentrating, emotional turmoil, fatigue and depression. The following few steps ensure effective treatment:.Firstly it is important to be a good observer. The people who are facing symptoms need to be kept under constant observation at the alcohol treatment center. This is essential to ensure that the symptoms are not having a negative impact on the patient’s health. The individual’s heart beat, pulse, body temperature, breathing rate, and blood pressure are regularly monitored. The next important thing is sedation. This is mainly important for people who are facing severe symptoms and need special care. Sometimes medication and sedatives have to be given to such patients to control their body and save their life. Different drugs to calm the body and control the nervous system are required at times. Besides sedatives, tranquilizers may also be given to alcohol addicts at the alcohol treatment center. Tranquilizers are a special class of medication, which is used to reduce the severity of the symptoms like anxiety, nervousness and irritability. To reduce the severity of alcohol addiction treatment patients are often made to go through a drying out period where there are allowed no alcohol at all. This is basically done to see the effects on the patient when they do not take alcohol for some period of time. The experts watch the patient very closely during this time and observe every change in them. Hallucinations are yet another withdrawal symptom that may be faced by the addict from time to time. Hallucinations which occur without any symptoms or complications are very uncommon. Antipsychotic drugs are used to treat these rare cases of hallucinations. Before any of the medication or treatment can be given to the patient the first thing to do is to learn about the medical history of the patient. There are several tests that should be done before progressing with any program. This is essential to know in order to identify the problems associated with the patient especially the problems that have occurred because of alcohol consumption like liver disorder, kidney problem, heart disorder, nutrition and neuropathy related issues.Withdrawal symptoms are common and expected in a patient undergoing therapy and alcohol treatment centers recognize these symptoms and implement therapy to handle and control such conditions. Depending on the severity of the addiction, the right treatment is selected for the patient. Once the basic condition of the patient is known the other treatments are chosen. If the patient has the will to recover, 3 to 6 months is but a brief span of his life time needed to get over his problem and become whole.

Alcohol addiction is a fast growing social problem with mul5tiple physical and psychological implications which may ruin an individual ultimately.

Alcohol addiction has now become a social problem in most developed and developing countries with more and more people falling prey to it. Over dependence on alcohol has its many physical and psychological effects, the most dangerous implication being that most people don’t realize that the line between so called “social drinking” and alcoholism is very thin and they are unaware of the fact that they have crossed over to the wrong side.

Emotional Implications of Alcohol Addiction: Alcohol, being a depressant, induces or increases depression in the person addicted to it. While most people suffering from alcohol addiction think and feel that they get a temporary high after drinking, the fact is that it depresses them more and forces them to drink again. This vicious depression-drink-high-depression cycle is often the root cause of alcohol abuse.

Moreover, alcohol addiction increases the alcoholic’s stress factor and increases anxiety. This gives way to general discontent and perpetual restlessness and even paranoia in certain cases. Noticeable personality changes also happen and lead to severe behavioral disorders that inevitably disrupt family life and work. These include aggression, sudden fits of violent temper, extreme selfishness, completely fuzzy thinking and a general feeling of loneliness.

Most people who have fallen prey to alcohol addiction deny it completely when told that they are drinking too much. They refuse to admit that it is more of a progressive disease which needs to be treated properly and can be cured. Physical Implications of AlcoholismOne of the main physical implications of alcohol addiction is gastrointestinal disturbances including repeated attacks of pancreatitis leading to cancer of the pancreas, severe gastritis and perforated ulcers, which may even cause death. Alcoholism also causes premature ageing in individuals and often leads to delirium tremens, which is uncontrolled trembling of limbs.

Cardio vascular disease is also rampantly caused by alcohol addiction leading to cardiac myopathy or enlarged heart and acute hypertension. Because of the toll it takes on the body’s immunity system, alcoholics are also prone to tuberculosis, hepatitis and pneumonia, to name a few infectious diseases. Moreover, alcohol cause irreparable damage to the body’s central nervous system which also inevitable leads to cognitive impairment.

Cases of impotency and atrophied testicular conditions too, have been reported in males with alcohol addiction problems. Pregnant women are strongly advised to refrain from consuming alcohol as this may cause neurological and facial retardation in the unborn and developing embryo.

Alcohol abuse is not to be confused with alcoholism. Those who abuse alcohol are not necessarily addicted to alcohol; however, prolonged excessive use could eventually lead to alcoholism. Alcohol abusers do not possess a dependence on alcohol, but usually drink more than is considered healthy. Distinguishing alcohol abuse symptoms from alcoholism can be tricky. How do we know if a person is just enjoying a good time or if the alcohol consumption is taking over their life? Fortunately, there are ways to recognize the signs of alcohol abuse and seek help before it becomes too late.

Alcohol abuse symptoms

Many people wonder about recognizing the early signs of alcohol abuse. These can include: sneaking drinks, gulping first drinks, frequent memory blanks while engaging in drinking, unwillingness to discuss drinking habits, and feelings of guilt over drinking. An alcohol abuser will demonstrate a pattern of excessive drinking and usually sets out to drink in order to feel the “high” that excessive alcohol ingestion brings. Other common alcohol abuse symptoms can include: often turning up late for work or school due to hangovers, frequent injuries that occur during times of excessive drinking, trouble with the authorities for drinking and driving or aggressive behavior. Physical signs of alcohol abuse are drunkenness, drowsiness, slurred speech, short attention span, uncoordinated movements, memory problems, and aggression.

Knowing the signs

Many people who routinely abuse alcohol believe that it is not a big deal and that they can control their habit. Most of them do not recognize alcohol abuse symptoms and may need outside help in acknowledging the problem. The following is a series of questions to help you detect whether you or a loved one may have an issue with alcohol abuse.

1. Have you missed work or school more than once due to hangover problems?

2. Have you become angry when others have commented on or criticized your drinking habits?

3. Have you felt that you should curb your drinking?

4. Have you decided to reduce your drinking and found that you cannot?

5. Have you exhibited overly aggressive behavior under the influence of alcohol (i.e. getting into fights)?

6. Have you encountered problems with the authorities in situations when you were drinking?

7. Have you had sexual experiences while under the influence of alcohol that caused you to be regretful?

8. Do you “binge drink” on a regular basis (four or more drinks for women and more than five for men)?

9. Do you have “blackout” periods whereby you cannot remember certain instances while you were drinking or afterward?

10. Is excessive drinking a normal part of your weekly social activities?

If the answer is ‘yes’ to the majority of these questions, then there is most likely alcohol abuse.

Effects of Alcohol Abuse

Physically, excessive drinking can cause certain cancers, such as those of the throat, esophagus, larynx and liver. It can also cause liver cirrhosis, brain damage, problems with the immune system, and damage to a fetus during pregnancy. Excessive alcohol consumption also increases the risks for automobile accidents and on-the-job accidents. Alcohol abuse can be a detriment not only to your health, but also to your personal relationships, your job or schooling, and can even get you in trouble with the law.

Getting Help

Since an alcohol abuser is not necessarily an alcoholic, that is, not addicted to alcohol, he/she may respond favorably to loved ones who express concern over the drinking issue, and may choose to curb the abusive behavior. However, consulting a healthcare professional about excessive drinking can improve the chances of solving the problem. They can advise you on seminars or meetings, refer you to a support group, and talk to you about limiting or abstaining from drinking. They will provide information on specific alcohol abuse symptoms and the effects of excessive alcohol consumption on the body. A medical doctor will generally give you a physical exam and a mental health assessment. It is to your benefit to always be honest with your doctor; it is imperative to tell the complete truth regarding your symptoms and drinking behaviors in order for a professional to be able to help you.

Loved ones are a key resource; they are usually first to recognize alcohol abuse symptoms and can provide invaluable support to help you cope with alcohol abuse. An important factor in abstaining from alcohol abuse is to avoid situations where alcohol abuse is made easy.

Article by Sera Redmonds

From time immemorial alcohol and depression have gone hand in hand. There are innumerable instances from the pages of history where illustrated personalities took to alcohol following regular bouts of depression. Taking to alcohol has almost become a standard way of expressing grief, anxiety and unhappiness especially by the males and this trend still continues with all its glory.

Alcohol brings in a feeling of relaxation and takes the individual away from the grim realities of life, to a world of illusion. People experiencing lack of sleep due to certain mental or physical conditions take to alcohol as it helps them in getting sleep. Boys in their teens almost idealize the image of destroying oneself with a glass of spirit in hand. A person of this kind, in their opinion is a real man. The heroes in the movies also subscribe to this view. Hence at the sight of the slightest problem they take resolve in the most faithful friend of a “MAN”- a glass of spirit.

The kind of romanticism attached to the image of a man destroying himself with alcohol has encouraged a lot of young boys to take to alcohol. In the beginning these young boys just search for an excuse to drink, but later this develops into a habit which is very difficult to do away with.

However there are people who either take to alcohol newly or increase their intake to have a temporary lease from the complexities of their life and mind. They forget that alcohol is just a temporary answer, (if we can at all call it an answer) to depression. Once they are back to their senses depression will once again crop up its ugly head. The disturbance that people face on regular occurrence of depression forces them to be in an alcoholic trance all the time. In this way they just aggravate their condition from bad to worse.

What is really surprising is that people bear the pain of depression but can’t take the small pain of going to the doctor. In the earlier times when there was no cure for depression it was understandable that people preferred to keep themselves immersed in alcohol. But why now? Today when there are perfectly etched cures to treat different forms of depression, it is beyond my understanding why people don’t avail them and spoil their health by succumbing to alcohol.

There are some who act smart and find out a cure all by themselves. They start taking anti depressants like xanax, just like that without medical prescription. Now let me tell you that taking anti depressants along with alcohol are almost like a death knell. Xanax alcohol is a fatal combo that can take away your life. Never ever have anti depressants on your own. Always consult a doctor regarding your problem. It’s his job. He will prescribe you the drug that you need to take. In case you find it embarrassing to go to a doctor you can avail the same services from an online pharmacy. There are loads of on line pharmacies nowadays from where you can order xanax after getting a proper medical consultation. Xanax is a popular anti- depressant but one should buy xanax only after getting a valid xanax prescription.

Always remember that depression is a disease that is curable, provided you co operate in the treatment. Don’t complicate issues unnecessarily either due to ignorance or due to indifference. Your life is precious, so don’t put an untimely end to it. Always take medical help to overcome depression or for that matter any other disease. Meddling with your problem on your own will create bigger problems for you, your family and sometimes even your physician.

1- 2nd Half of the Night Partial or Total Sleep Deprivation (I know you may think this is weird but that’s the truth)
2- Consuming Alcohol gives me a great boost during the consumption and oddly makes me feel GREAT the next day

However, both are temporary and relapse occur at night the following day.

I’ve searched a lot and found that Alcohol is supposed to disrupt sleep and make you feel depressed/anxious the next day so I’m trying to figure out the mechanism of how Alcohol affects sleep, independently from whether they state it’s negative or positive in order to figure out the source of my Anxiety/Depression or brain chemistry abnormality.

Anyone has an idea of how Alcohol can make me feel better the next day?

Candida Overgrowth was linked to depression through various studies through the Leaky Gut Syndrome. So could I possibly be satisfying and feeding my “craving candida” with alcohol and this is giving me a relief the next day?

Since benzodiazepines are also the only pills that give me a quick and temporary relief and I’ve learned that Benzos act on GABA receptors, I tried to search the Neurotransmitter implicated with Alcohol and turns out Ethanol also stimulates GABA receptors and GABA deficiency is a sign of Anxiety/Depression…
But for how long does Alcohol act on GABA? And is this mechanism responsible for making me feel better the next day?

Any thoughts? Any suggestions? I’m thinking of every possible scenario so Anxiety sufferers to whom all of what I wrote may sound relevant or Doctors and specialists who have critical thinking and don’t just stick to their education’s conservatism and SSRI theory because it is simply a failure and a Drug Companies mafia, don’t hesitate to share your thoughts in my discussion as any sort of experience or information in this matter would be very valuable to me!

Please help me solving this struggle and the only reason I could type clearly and efficiently right now is be cause I was getting drunk last night in a Beirut club

Answer by Kieth
Think of it this way. You are traveling down a long gradual declining hill. It goes for thousands of miles so you don’t experience the decline. The ground seems flat. Every once in a while you do feel the decline and you jump up to get higher (take alcohol) Next day you are recovering and focused more on your feelings that the hill. You don’t experience the hill that day so much. Still you travel. Still you make your way down the hill. Eventually you will be at bottom and find there is nothing there but lonliness and isolation. All the alcohol in the world will not change that and it is a long uphill journey back. Alcohol is a depressant in the longer term even though it gives you euphic feelings now. It is a trap. You will be much worse off in future if you continue to use this as a form of relief. You will have two problems instead of one and the sum of those two are far more than the parts. You need to educate yourself about the problem you face. Quick fix solutions will always led you to the bottom of some hill somewhere and it is dark down there. There is work involved but you may find it very interesting and liberating. Trying to flee from the percieved problem will not help you but take you further into the problem itself. I know you feel you need relief but trust me when I say that this is not the way. You may not listen but you have been warned. This is the path to nowhere. The choice is yours. God Bless.
