A Panic attack is the sudden appearance of an episode of intense fear or anxiety, which includes four or more symptoms: rapid heartbeat (pounding heart), trembling, sweating, a feeling of suffocation, chest pain, dizziness and nausea.

It is estimated that up to 4% of the population suffers from severe and frequent panic attacks. In women the disease is 2 to 3 times more frequent than in men.

The panic disorder is a condition in which the recurrent anxiety attacks are followed by the widespread concern that there will be another crisis, so the person leaves in constant fear. Not all patients who experience an anxiety attack will develop a panic disorder. There are many patients who only had one experience of an attack, which was never repeated.

This condition may be accompanied by agoraphobia. Agoraphobia is a condition in which the patient is afraid to go outside the house. The fear comes from thinking that any panic attacks that will occur in such places – away from the safe area of his home-will find them unprepared and helpless. This can lead to many problems. It can lead to losing your job, a complete social exclusion and zero self-esteem and confidence.

* Without treatment, the sufferers may still get anxiety attacks for many years. This can seriously affect their relationships with family, friends, and colleagues.* Their life becomes more and more difficult. For example, the person may begin to avoid situations that cause him fear. These may be everyday activities like shopping or driving. In extreme cases, people with an untreated panic disorder are too afraid to leave the house.* Many people with this disorder also suffer from severe depression. Often, trying without success to reduce the symptoms with alcohol or other substances only aggravates their symptoms. In severe cases it can even lead to suicide.* Some people may find it hard to be productive at work. The symptoms of this condition can prevent them from going to work or remaining there once they arrive. They may even reject a promotion or an assignment, because they believe that it will make them more vulnerable to attacks. Some people even quit their jobs.

The condition can be fully addressed with the appropriate treatment. This is the good news. The bad news is that most people try to cure it with drugs. Drugs have many side-effects and can lead to addiction. What is more, they only treat the symptoms and not the root cause of this disease.

To treat this condition you need to take control of your mind. Here are a few ways to do that:

* Do not try to fight your feelings. The more you are willing to admit and face the problem, the easier it will be to get rid of it.* Stay in the moment. Observe what happens to you and do not allow yourself to become prey to what you think is happening to you. You are not really dying or going crazy. This is only in your mind.

Alcohol detoxification symptoms can be seen clearly from the people who undergo rehabilitation. There are many changes happening inside the body of the alcoholic and he may feel different. The alcohol detox symptoms can be rough and support of the family and friends to the person is highly appreciated. It is in these moments that he needs the moral support of his loved ones.

During detoxification process, those heavy drinkers are the one who will suffer severe alcohol detox symptoms such as hallucinations and seizures. These are very dangerous that there should be medical professionals that will assist the patient.Fr those who are less dependent to alcohol may suffer from nausea, shakes, headaches and elevated blood pressure. These symptoms will vary from one person to another with respect to their dependency to alcohol.
The worst thing that could happen that is associated with alcohol detoxification is Delirium Tremens. Hallucinations, confusion and severe hyperactivity which cannot be treated easily in just a short period of time are just few of the things that will occur. A detoxification center should be established to assist the people having these symptoms.

One should be aware of the other symptoms such as depression, fatigue and anxiety. The worst thing that will happen is vomiting and nausea in other circumstances. Some of the symptoms that can b handled at home are Sweating and a rapid heart rate. These alcohol detoxification symptoms are the signs sign that the toxins are being eliminated from the body. The alcohol dependence upon them is lessening and soon the body will be free of all dependence.

After reading this, you’ll never look at a banana in the same way again.

Bananas contain three natural sugars – sucrose, fructose and glucose combined with fiber. A banana gives an instant, sustained and substantial boost of energy

Research has proven that just two bananas provide enough energy for a strenuous 90-minute workout No wonder the banana is the number one fruit with the world’s leading athletes.

But energy isn’t the only way a banana can help us keep fit. It can also help overcome or prevent a substantial number of illnesses and conditions, making it a must to add to our daily diet.

DEPRESSION: According to a recent survey undertaken by MIND amongst people suffering from depression, many felt much better after eating a banana. This is because bananas contain tryptophan, a type of protein that the body converts into serotonin, known to make you relax, improve your mood and generally make you feel happier.

PMS: Forget the pills – eat a banana. The vitamin B6 it contains regulates blood glucose levels, which can affect your mood.

ANEMIA: High in iron, bananas can stimulate the production of hemoglobin in the blood and so helps in cases of anemia.

BLOOD PRESSURE: This unique tropical fruit is extremely high in potassium yet low in salt, making it perfect to beat blood pressure. So much so, the US Food and Drug Administration has just allowed the banana industry to make official claims for the fruit’s ability to reduce the risk of blood pressure and stroke.

BRAIN POWER: 200 students at a Twickenham (Middlesex) school ( England ) were helped through their exams this year by eating bananas at breakfast, break, and lunch in a bid to boost their brain power.. Research has shown that the potassium-packed fruit can assist learning by making pupils more alert.

CONSTIPATION: High in fiber, including bananas in the diet can help restore normal bowel action, helping to overcome the problem without resorting to laxatives.

HANGOVERS: One of the quickest ways of curing a hangover is to make a banana milkshake, sweetened with honey. The banana calms the stomach and, with the help of the honey, builds up depleted blood sugar levels, while the milk soothes and re-hydrates your system.

HEARTBURN: Bananas have a natural antacid effect in the body, so if you suffer from heartburn, try eating a banana for soothing relief.

MORNING SICKNESS: Snacking on bananas between meals helps to keep blood sugar levels up and avoid morning sickness.

MOSQUITO BITE: Before reaching for the insect bite cream, try rubbing the affected area with the inside of a banana skin. Many people find it amazingly successful at reducing swelling and irritation.

NERVES: Bananas are high in B vitamins that help calm the nervous system.

Overweight and at work? Studies at the Institute of Psychology in Austria found pressure at work leads to gorging on comfort food like chocolate and chips. Looking at 5,000 hospital patients, researchers found the most obese were more likely to be in high-pressure jobs. The report concluded that, to avoid panic-induced food cravings, we need to control our blood sugar levels by snacking on high carbohydrate foods every two hours to keep levels steady.

ULCERS: The banana is used as the dietary food against intestinal disorders because of its soft texture and smoothness. It is the only raw fruit that can be eaten without distress in over-chronicler cases. It also neutralizes over-acidity and reduces irritation by coating the lining of the stomach.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL: Many other cultures see bananas as a ‘cooling’ fruit that can lower both the physical and emotional temperature of expectant mothers. In Thailand , for example, pregnant women eat bananas to ensure their baby is born with a cool temperature.

SEASONAL AFFECTIVE DISORDER (SAD): Bananas can help SAD sufferers because they contain the natural mood enhancer tryptophan.

SMOKING AND TOBACCO USE: Bananas can also help people trying to give up smoking. The B6, B12 they contain, as well as the potassium and magnesium found in them, help the body recover from the effects of nicotine withdrawal.

STRESS: Potassium is a vital mineral, which helps normalize the heartbeat, sends oxygen to the brain and regulates your body’s water balance. When we are stressed, our metabolic rate rises, thereby reducing our potassium levels. These can be rebalanced with the help of a high-potassium banana snack.

STROKES: According to research in The New England Journal of Medicine, eating bananas as part of a regular diet can cut the risk of death by strokes by as much as 40%!

WARTS: Those keen on natural alternatives swear that if you want to kill off a wart, take a piece of banana skin and place it on the wart, with the yellow side out. Carefully hold the skin in place with a plaster or surgical tape!

So, a banana really is a natural remedy for many ills. When you compare it to an apple, it has four
POLL: Do you think it is interesting?
The ending paragraph:

So, a banana really is a natural remedy for many ills. When you compare it to an apple, it has four times the protein, twice the carbohydrate, three times the phosphorus, five times the vitamin A and iron, and twice the other vitamins and minerals. It is also rich in potassium and is one of the best value foods around So maybe its time to change that well-known phrase so that we say, ‘A banana a day keeps the doctor away!’

PS: Bananas must be the reason monkeys are so happy all the time! I will add one here; want a quick shine on our shoes?? Take the INSIDE of the banana skin, and rub directly on the shoe…polish with dry cloth. Amazing fruit !!!

I think I am getting a hard lesson in adulthood. For years I have avoided taking responsibility for the various aspects of my life and now I am paying the price. Getting fired from my job I think was the nail in the coffin of my immaturity so to speak. Now, I am facing things and situations that I don’t really know how to deal with. as in the past, I have asked others for help. As if I wanted them to try to solve the problem for me. I’ve never dealt with these difficult situations before. At 29 years old, I feel pretty ashamed of myself and my inability to take care of myself. I guess this is a culmination of the last 10 years. A culmination of not taking care of my ADHD and depression symptoms. A culmination of not taking responsibility for my life. A culmination of not having any direction in life. I guess I could blame my perents for this, but I dont want to get into the blame trap because this causes one to avoid taking responsibility. However, I cant help but think how different things would be if I had some kind of role model in life. Some person to look up to and kick me in the ass when I was younger. I think this is the pain of not having a father in my life. I dont think I ever dealt with this issue. has been right on some things about the way I have been. I’ve been oblivious to to my behaviors, but maybe I just didnt want to take responsibility. this is a hard pill to swallow, but maybe there is something to this. Looking back, I always sought an escape from my problems through video games, television, internet and alcohol. I’ve done this to the point where now I dont know how to handle things. this brings me back to what I was originaly writing about. I’m learning a really hard lesson in life.
When confronted with all these problems, my immediate reaction is to ignore it, to put it off and simply not worry about it or let register how serious the problem is. I seek escapes such as the internet, alcohol, or video games. I give up too easily. I have no self confidence, self esteem and asertiveness. All of this I also didn’t work on because I just felt that it was easier to isolate myself from people. I might have learned that as a defense mechanism while I was in high school. this however is not working for me anymore.

How do I make some honest change?

BANANAS

A professor at CCNY for a physiological psych class told his class about
Bananas. He said the expression ‘going bananas’ is from the effects of
Bananas on the brain. Read on:

Never, put your banana in the refrigerator!!!
This is interesting.
After reading this, you’ll never look at a banana in the same way
Again.

Bananas contain three natural sugars – sucrose, fructose and glucose
Combined with fiber. A banana gives an instant, sustained and substantial
Boost of energy.

Research has proven that just two bananas provide
Enough energy for a strenuous 90-minute workout. No wonder the banana is the
Number one fruit with the world’s leading athletes.

But energy isn’t
The only way a banana can help us keep fit.It can
Also help overcome or prevent a substantial number of illnesses and
Conditions, making it a must to add to our daily diet.

Depression:
According to a recent
Survey undertaken by MIND amongst people suffering from depression, many felt
Much better after eating a banana. This is because bananas contain tryptophan,
A type of protein that the body converts into serotonin, known to make you
Relax, improve your mood and generally make you feel happier.

PMS:Forget the pills – eat a banana. The vitamin B6 it
Contains regulates blood glucose levels, which can affect your mood.

Anemia:High
In iron, bananas can stimulate the production of hemoglobin in the blood and
So helps in cases of anemia.

Blood
Pressure:This unique
Tropical fruit is extremely high in potassium yet low in salt, making it
Perfect to beat blood pressure. So much so, the US Food and Drug
Administration has just allowed the banana industry to make official claims
For the fruit’s ability to reduce the risk of blood pressure and stroke.

Brain
Power:200 students at a
Twickenham (Middlesex) school were helped through their exams this year by
Eating bananas at breakfast, break, and lunch in a bid to boost their brain
Power. Research has shown that the potassium-packed fruit can assist learning
By making pupils more alert.

Constipation:
High in fiber, including bananas in the diet can help restore normal bowel
Action, helping to overcome the problem without resorting to laxatives.

Hangovers:
One of the quickest
Ways of curing a hangover is to
Make a banana milkshake, sweetened with honey. The banana calms the stomach
And, with the help of the honey, builds up depleted blood sugar levels, while
The milk soothes and re-hydrates your system.

Heartburn:Bananas have a natural antacid effect in the body, so if
You suffer from heartburn, try eating a banana for soothing relief.

Morning
Sickness:Snacking on
Bananas between meals helps to keep blood sugar levels up and avoid morning
Sickness.

Mosquito bites:Before reaching for the insect bite cream,
Try rubbing the affected area with the inside of a banana skin. Many people
Find it amazingly successful at reducing swelling and irritation.

Nerves:
Bananas are high in B vitamins that help calm the nervous system.

Overweight
And at work? Studies at the
Institute of Psychology in Austria found pressure at work leads to gorging on
Comfort food like chocolate and crisps. Looking at 5,000 hospital patients,
Researchers found the most obese were more likely to be in high-pressure jobs.
The report concluded that, to avoid panic-induced food cravings, we need to
Control our blood sugar levels by snacking on high carbohydrate foods every
Two hours to keep levels steady.

Ulcers:The
Banana is used as the dietary food against intestinal disorders because of its
Soft texture and smoothness. It is the only raw fruit that can be eaten
Without distress in over-chronicler cases. It also neutralizes over-acidity
And reduces irritation by coating the lining of the stomach.

Temperature control:Many other cultures see bananas as a
‘cooling’ fruit that can lower both the physical and emotional temperature of
Expectant mothers. In Thailand , for example, pregnant women eat bananas to
Ensure their baby is born with a cool temperature.

Seasonal
Affective Disorder (SAD):Bananas can help SAD sufferers because they contain the natural mood
Enhancer tryptophan.

Smoking &Tobacco
Use:Bananas can also help
People trying to give up smoking. The B6, B12 they contain, as well as the
Potassium and magnesium found in them, help the body recover from the effects
of nicotine withdrawal. < BR>

Stress:Potassium
is a vital mineral, which helps normalize the heartbeat, sends oxygen to the
brain and regulates your body’s water balance. When we are stressed, our
metabolic rate rises, thereby reducing our potassium levels. These can be
rebalanced with the help of a high-potassium banana snack.

Strokes:According to research in The New England Journal of
Medicine, eating bananas as part of a regular diet can cut the risk of death
by strokes by as much as 40%!

Warts:Those
keen on natural alternatives swear that if you want to kill off a wart, take a
piece of banana skin and place it on the wart, with the yellow side out.
Carefully hold the skin in place with a plaster or surgical tape!

So, a banana
really is a natural remedy for many ills. When you compare it to an apple, it
has four times the protein, twice the carbohydrate, three times the
phosphorus, five times the vitamin A and iron, and twice the other vitamins
and minerals. It is also rich in potassium and is one of the best value foods
around. So maybe its time to change that well-known phrase so that we say, ‘A
banana a day keeps the doctor away!’

PASS IT ON TO YOUR FRIENDS
PS: Bananas must be the reason monkeys are so happy all the time! I
will add one here; want a quick shine on our shoes?? Take the INSIDE of the
banana skin, and rub directly on the shoe…polish with dry cloth. Amazing
fruit!

He also has VERY strong feelings for me.I have felt this way pretty much since the day I met him and we tried to date once, but I stopped it and this is why…
He has emotional problems and has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and OCD,plus depression and maybe one other…not for sure. Now,that doesn’t bother me too bad b/c I have experienced a lot of these problems myself, but I have learned to overcome them for the most part,or at least cope in healthy ways.HE however uses pills and alcohol to numb his pain.He won’t talk much to me about these things, but he knows that I don’t like them, but since we are not together he said he sees no point in giving them up.I feel like he thinks me being with him will cure everything, but I know it won’t.I care for him deeply, but I don’t want to date him like this. HELP!!!

I don’t understand why just because someone maybe having fun going out, drinking and partying it is automatically deemed as some sort of illness. There are people who can control their behavior. Their alcohol intake, etc. Why is such a far fetched notion that someone could actually be “normal”? Is it because there are so many that aren’t? Or could the ones saying it’s not “normal” behavior are just envious that someone is normal? It upsets me that we are in a society that automatically judges others because they are not like them and assumes that there is something mentally wrong and they need meds and therapy. There isn’t a person in this world that can say they have had a perfect life without a tear one. Or never felt blue, or angry. I don’t think the world needs to be on meds and needs to see a therapist for the rest of their lives. We are too willing to medicate instead of treat the underlying issues. For the most part, people just need to get over the past, realize they can’t change it, learn from it and move on. Usually just talking about it with friends helps. There are the few who do have a chemical imbalance and if it can be helped with medication then more power to them. But before we just assume that is the cure all, realize that it could do more damage than good. It could actually cause a chemical imbalance. It takes some people years of trying different cocktails of meds before they get the right perscription together, then after the body becomes acclimated to it, it needs to be changed again. The Doctors don’t even know what really works. But we (especially on this site) are so quick to diagnose. Think about it, there was life and depression way before there was psychiatrists, therapists, and meds, and society wasn’t as violent or uncaring as they are now. Does it go hand in hand. Who knows.

Pleeease take the time to read this…

Long story-I’m 19 year old female and for 6 years I have been bulimic. I’ve gone to treatment, got counceling and nothing has seemed to help. Anyways it’s really really bad now and my body is in really bad shape (says the tests at the nutrition clinic) and I guess i’ve basically excepted the fact that bulimia will be the end of me.

On top of that, I am extremely depressed. There are days I can’t get up and around…all I can do is sit there expressionless, and emotionless. I graduated high school and the next year started college. Not even a month later I was forced to go on medical leave for my ED. I also often “self-medicate” with alcohol. Around the same time as the medical leave (september 09) I got a DWI and have since gotten my license taken away. This forces me to be cooped up at home all day, alone (family is at work and school) bingeing and purging more than ever before. I honestly cannot stop myself, and it’s one binge after another. (I’m not overweight or anything, just average. 5’6.5″, 132 lbs)
In January, I started dating my current boyfriend. I have always had issues with searching for acceptance of guys, thus doing anything to get it…(mainly just in the past year). My boyfriend is a good guy, but I guess deep down I know we aren’t right for eachother. I cannot imagine how I would handle myself if we were to break up, and I would honestly be afraid to find out.

Lately I have been all stressed out with my DWI and court fees, and I have not been able to keep a job (due to rides, and just not being able to handle the stress). In the past couple of days I have arranged with two men (much older) from my area, to meet up and do whatever they want, and get paid for it. I KNOW this is DISGUSTING. I don’t know what has come over me…I was raised Christian and everything, and yes, I know it is illegal. Honestly it feels like I have completely ruined myself already with the amount of people I have been with (10), so what does it matter? This would be dangerous I understand, but I keep telling myself I need the money or I will be arrested for not paying my fines..bla bla..BUT I would also be cheating on my boyfriend

Anyways, I am not sure what I am asking. I guess I just would like some advice on where to go from here. I am soo lost and afraid and I feel so so alone. As much as I explain myself I know that none of you could understand, but please try. And I don’t want any rude judgemental comments, please. I am at my ultimate low, and I just want help. I don’t want to die, I don’t want to be depressed, I don’t want to hurt my boyfriend, and I do not want to sell myself. But all these things are bound to happen and I would just like some help. PLEASE. Or pray for me at least? :/

10 points…

What I’m trying to say is, it might not be God that cured you, or helped you through a tough time, it just might be you (and/or doctors, friends and family). So be proud of yourself for overcoming any of life’s struggles. Prayers aren’t always answered, but positivity can do wonderful things.

But first, please read this, and then respond…i wanna know what you think!

I smoke pot about everyday and always wonder why marijuana is illegal and why alcohol is legal. You always hear about people who die from drinking and driving, an innocent person died because of a drunk driver, or because of alcohol poisoning. People become aggressive and their thinking becomes impaired.
But how many times have you heard of a person overdosing on marijuana? It‘s impossible to die from smoking too much pot and you can‘t get addicted to it like you can with nicotine and alcohol.-but u can become an alcoholic and potentially die if you drink too much. I know there’s been some deaths from driving high because of delayed reaction, but who would you trust,
1. a raging drunk swerving all over the place, or
2. a stoner driving the exact speed limit, or a bit slower, trying to stay in between the white lines?

The government knows very well that marijuana isn’t as evil as it’s portrayed, they know the benefits it can cause. They know how dangerous alcohol is and how there’s more and more people dying everyday because of a drunk driver.

Some people say that the only reason the government won’t legalize marijuana is because they’re scared people will use marijuana to cure their problems, like depression, muscle pains, sleep problems and whatever else, instead of going to the doctor, thus losing money.
However, I‘ve been wondering, why….? Why isn’t the government smart enough to legalize it, tax it, and make it available for people over 18 to buy? They can make a shit ton of money just off of a plant! It’ll make up for all the money the gov. makes from people charged with possession. It’ll also make a lot more room in the prisons for real criminals.

So considering these things, I’m curious as to what your opinion on the whole thing is?
-Why do you think marijuana is illegal?
-How beneficial do you think it would be if it was legalized?
-Will making it illegal save our economy?
-And lastly, if you’re a smoker, what are the reasons to why you smoke?

To me, I think marijuana should be legalized. It’s like a self therapy ritual for me.

You can’t argue that marijuana is safer and more beneficial than alcohol. It’s facts. Statistics. But people have their opinion, so I want to know how others view it.

PS: If you are against marijuana and feel like it is “stupid” to partake in an occasional use of marijuana, do you drink alcohol? If so, how do you (besides “alcohol is legal”) do you justify your feelings on marijuana? I want both sides–even if your an uptight-angered person who can’t see the wonderful effects it shares. Ha a little mj could cure your negativity.

***Thank You in advance to those who took the time to read and respond to this…hopefully lol***

I believe i have been suffering from depression for some time due to early teen use of marijuana and alcohol. I read that this causes the brain to have trouble producing dopamine or seratonin. Because of this I have lost more and more the ability to get excited or happy about anything and I cant remember the last time I laughed. I have no energy or reaction to things around me like im lost in my own world. I really want to feel better I want my energy levels to be much higher and I want to have a sense of well-being but I am not into prescription medications or Therapy. I believe there are natural cures for what the body lacks so if anyone knows about natural medecines to help the brain produce seratonin or dopamine and that give an energy boost I would be so grateful to hear it Thanks!
Just needed to mention I have tried prayer I have asked God to help me get through this and give me strength and patience and to forgive me for certain sins but i still feel terrible and at the end of the day lately i have this headache that feels like a migrane from all the racing thoughts
WOW! I just have to say thank you so much to all of you for your great suggestions! I especially love the one from Fergus (who doesnt allow e-mail so ill say it here)about the epsom salts because i am a big believer in natural medecine and internal cleanse but i had no idea it could help depression….a friend of mine once told me that an enema is good but taking the salts orally sounds more appealing to me Thanks! I will definitley try it asap!!!

Nicole Richie.. what a piece of art she is.. On David Letterman she states she is afraid to go to Jail.. She was driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, She volunteered the info on smoking pot and taking vicodin, but she had none in her possession so she makes the “famous” statement, “I am willing to accept the consequences for my actions, I take full responsibility for what I did” and then the ding bat pleads NOT GUILTY????? how is this taking responsibility for her own actions??? What great upstanding role models some of our children are looking up too.. such a shame.. Anyone agree that her statements contradict themself? These “poor” little rich girls need to wake up and realize they are no better than anyone else walking on this earth..
Im sorry Joyce I DO wish them luck with recovery, if in fact they are even wanting to “recover” but I doubt that any program recovery will help either Nicole or Paris at this point because I doubt either one is really ready for help, they have not been allowed to sink low enough to want to crawl their way out of the destruction they are putting themselves into.. but I think you are wrong Joyce about their parents being like us, well Im not sure about Richies but Paris’ parents think they can buy away all the bad things that Paris does, they indeed think they are better than those of us who are not rich and famous, if they were anything like me as a parent they would want their daughter to recover and do everything in their power to help her instead of enable her all the time. Its a good parent that wants their child to learn from their mistakes, not pay their way out of it and then watch their child go down the paths of destruction.. no I dont believe they are much like me at ALL..

My wife of 5 years and I have 1 child together. Our son is 3 years old. Shortly after his birth my wife began to drink often. About a year ago she became what I considered an alcoholic. She drank most every day and drank a lot. She was always drunk but when at work. She works evenings so she got drunk before work but not wasted and wasted when she got home.

After some big problems eg. driving drunk with our son and passing out when she was supposed to be watching him, I was at the end of my rope. I had a professional intervention done and put her into rehab for her health and for how she was behaving with our son and how she was treating me.

She was in rehab for 30 days and got out 2 weeks ago. The day before she got out of rehab she told me she had had sex in the parking lot with 2 different coworkers on 3 separate occasions over a 3 week period in March. One she had sex with once and the other twice right after she got off work for the night. My wife that I knew prior to alcohol would have never done such a thing. She told me this before getting out of rehab because she said the alcohol made her a monster and she wanted me to know so I could move on or forgive her and start anew life with her sober. She swears she will never drink again as it makes her a monster. She says if it was not for being an alcoholic that she would not have been in the state of mind of wanting to do anything to make herself feel better about herself. She says she would not like a person or think very highly of them if they behaved as she had…she swears she is not that person. In the last two weeks she has signed a post nuptial agreement in which she gets nothing if we get divorced…I get everything we acquire in the future including the house, cars and savings that we have now. She is trying to prove to me that she will never do such a thing again. She knows I am loyal and would never hurt her as she has done to me so she trusts me not to leave her and use it. She has returned to being a sweet caring wife but this could be because of guilt. Can alcohol really make a person a monster like this even when not drunk?
