Also, how hard will it be to get the card? New York just passed a bill that will be legalizing medical marijuana. Also, does anyone have any idea what the stipulations will be?

I am diagnosed with ADHD and I heard that marijuana can be used as a treatment for it. I would rather take something more natural than go on something like Aderol and Stratera which has very aggravating side effects. I stopped taking Stratera because it was too annoying. Last year, I tried weed a couple of times over two weekends and I noticed a few things about myself. Although attention span is obviously very bad when you are high, the rest of the work week my concentration level was up significantly and my brain power increased as well.

There are so many lies out there about marijuana and it pisses me off. If you’re one of those people who believe what the pharmaceutical companies and federal government say about marijuana, please DO NOT comment on this! I do not care for any negative feed back.

I feel like I need marijuana to feel happy, but when I have had a long night drinking and get wasted, the next few days or sometimes even weeks I feel messed up and have OCD what if thoughts. Today I have took no drugs/alcohol and liturally feel suicidal. I am so tempted to just crack open a beer from the fridge right now because I have no weed. What is causing my depression? I drink like once or twice a week heavily and feel like a beer almost every day. I’ve quit smoking weed many times but still have suffered anxiety and depression and came running back to it as like a medicine.

Legalization of Marijuana in the United States?

What is the big deal about this that it is one of the most controversial topics in the U.S. today. Why do people think that it is the worst thing we could ever do? Cannabis would fix our country. The cannabis plant is a cash crop. If the U.S. legalized it, it would fix our economy and keep us out of a depression. Cannabis offers not only financial profit, it offers medical uses that can help with thousands of diseases, and according to a collage in England, it could hold the cure for cancer. Why are we not funding this? It offers a clothing and house hold products that would be all organic, which if im not mistaken, is what we are going for. A poll in the United States in 2009 showed that there are over 25 million people that use marijuana on a regular basis. Why wouldn’t we legalize alcohol and legalize marijuana to stabilize the economy?
*illegalize alcohol
No. You should do a little bit of research on a topic before you post on it. In California, they use Marijuana for Medicial uses. It is sold at dispenceries, and taxed at time of sale. It would still be black market, yes, but that would be the illegal part. You should have to take an evaluation to see if your legaly aloud to use it. And trust me, there is more money being made selling Marijuana then busting people that use it. Supply and demand would take effect and it would open jobs for thousands. Marijuana is not a drug either, it is an all natural herb that was first produced naturally in the wild. Methamphetamens are drugs, that is house hold products broken down to its basics.

other than compassion, caring, loving, taking extremely good care of, and just trying to understand? The irritability is really getting to me when I am doing everything possible. I need some new answers, since mine don’t seem to be working

I am on probation for underage drinking. Well now im 21 and they are still threatening random alcohol tests. can a marijuana detox kit get alcohol out of your system? if not are there any detox kits that will. I really need to drink. Please also don’t preach to me about how i should stop. I just want to celebrate my 21st birthday.

But first, please read this, and then respond…i wanna know what you think!

I smoke pot about everyday and always wonder why marijuana is illegal and why alcohol is legal. You always hear about people who die from drinking and driving, an innocent person died because of a drunk driver, or because of alcohol poisoning. People become aggressive and their thinking becomes impaired.
But how many times have you heard of a person overdosing on marijuana? It‘s impossible to die from smoking too much pot and you can‘t get addicted to it like you can with nicotine and alcohol.-but u can become an alcoholic and potentially die if you drink too much. I know there’s been some deaths from driving high because of delayed reaction, but who would you trust,
1. a raging drunk swerving all over the place, or
2. a stoner driving the exact speed limit, or a bit slower, trying to stay in between the white lines?

The government knows very well that marijuana isn’t as evil as it’s portrayed, they know the benefits it can cause. They know how dangerous alcohol is and how there’s more and more people dying everyday because of a drunk driver.

Oxazepam (Alepam, Medopam, Murelax, Noripam, Ox-Pam, Purata, Serax, Serepax) is commonly prescribed to help with alcohol withdrawal, as it’s a benzodiazepine derivative, instead of a full-on benzodiazepine like Xanax or Klonopin, which can easily transfer the addiction (even though these are prescribed for it as well.) What I’m wondering is if it would also help with the symptoms of someone with a physical addiction to marijuana once they have stopped?

Weed has recently been scientifically proven to keep alzheimer’s disease, a stroke and some types of cancers at bay, it helps ease headaches and stomach aches, it reduces stress and lowers blood pressure, it increases appetite and reduces nautiousness, it doesn’t cause people to want to commit crimes or violence, it’s not addictive and you can’t die and/or overdose on it.

Meanwhile alcohol causes tons of damage to brain, liver and other vital organs, its been proven to increase the risk of getting various types of cancer and other diseases, it causes people to commit crimes and violence, drunk drivers can kill themselves and others, it causes depression, psychosis and other serious mental disorders, it’s highly addictive and you can easily overdose and die from it.
