You have to keep yourself busy man. Go work out in a gym… pumping out reps while angry gives you something to do to stave off the aggression. Just go in there and do arm curls, bench press…heavy compound movements and just be angry. By the time you leave you’ll be tired and high from the endorphin rush. Good luck, and I may not know you, but I’m proud that you have given up the booze!
